Eddie is creator of the “Inside-Out Philosophy™,” CEO of Miami Property Solutions LLC—one of the fastest growing private real estate investment companies in South Florida, a motivational speaker, co-author of The New Masters of Real Estate, and author of Living Inside-Out: The Go-To Guide for the Overwhelmed, Overworked & Overcommitted.

Eddie interacts daily with the nation’s foremost thought-leaders in the arena of peak performance and the whole-person (mind-body-spirit) approach to health and healing. By incorporating the latest innovations with his own vision, he provides audiences with sensible, evidence-based solutions.

For over a decade, he has been a leader in the not-for-profit sector, supporting the study of health and wellness, human rights, and human potential. Previously, he spent five years as COO of the National Foundation for Alternative Medicine and now serves as Chair Emeritus of the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education after serving for five years as the Board Chair.

He also is founder and Board Chair of the One for Prevention Foundation—an organization dedicated to create awareness of and provide financial support to not-for-profit organizations that are devoted to the prevention of life-threatening illnesses through education.
